Description of the Course
The Productivity Advantage Program equips Alberta businesses with proven frameworks and tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce process waste, enhance financial performance, and strengthen team coordination.
Participants complete eight interactive modules designed to apply learning directly to their workplace. Each session includes applied instruction, guided exercises, and implementation templates. Certificates of completion are issued for each module upon successful participation and project submission.
