Description of the Course

The Productivity Advantage Program equips Alberta businesses with proven frameworks and tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce process waste, enhance financial performance, and strengthen team coordination.

Participants complete eight interactive modules designed to apply learning directly to their workplace. Each session includes applied instruction, guided exercises, and implementation templates. Certificates of completion are issued for each module upon successful participation and project submission.

About the Trainer

Training Focus:

Instructor Qualifications:
Merin Coutts is Certified in the Scaling Up methodology, a Certified Value Builder Advisor, and Chartered Director and Chartered Professional Accountant.  She is a business systems strategist with over a decade of experience in corporate operations, business development, and productivity training. She has facilitated countless strategy and operations workshops for small and mid-sized Alberta businesses.
